MABE is turning 50 years! The Multistate Association for Bilingual Education, Northeast (MABE) is a non-profit organization of educators promoting multilingualism and multiculturalism as assets that provide advantages for all learners. For over 50 years, MABE has worked to advocate for equitable bilingual programs and effective practices that support educational success for our bilingual students. With over 650 members and almost 3,000 contacts across the country, primarily in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, MABE hosts multiple activities and consulting services so together educators can learn, collaborate, and grow professionally.
