Event Refunds

• Cancellation refunds of payments will be subject to a 10% reduction of the registration fee.

• In-Person Events: Registration fees are refundable up to 3 weeks before the event starts.

• In case of inclement weather, the Annual Conference will be rescheduled (no refunds). 
  
  
• In case of inclement weather, MABE will work to reschedule your School Visit (may be rescheduled at host school's discretion or individuals may select a different school visit). For visits that are not rescheduled, registration fees will be credited towards future MABE programming/membership. 

• Virtual Events: Registration fees are refundable up to 1 week (7 days) before the first date of the event.

• Event registrations are transferable to another individual up to 1 week (7 days) before the event starts or the first session of the event. Please contact MABE by email if you wish to transfer a registration.

• If MABE cancels an event for internal reasons, registrants will receive a full refund. 

Membership Refunds

• General membership payments are not refundable.
• General memberships are not transferable.

This refund policy supersedes all previous MABE refund policies (revised February 2025).
