Registration

  • Registration between September 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018. Includes annual membership.
    Purchase order # and payment must be received prior to January 31, 2018.
  • Registration between February 1, and March 4, 2018. Includes annual membership.
    Purchase order # and payment must be received prior to event.
  • Each presenter must register. A special code will be sent to you with your Acceptance letter. This discount is our thank you for your time and effort as a presenter.
  • Registration for parent presenters, parents, and students. DOES NOT include annual membership. If you would like to purchase annual membership for an additional $45, please click on "join us" on the home page.
  • This registration is ONLY FOR PUBLISHERS planning on displaying their educational resources and products at the conference. With this registration, one 6 ft. long table will be provided for your displays. The building will be open to set up on Friday, from 4 - 7:30 pm and on Saturday at 7:30 am.
  • In the registration process, you will be prompted to use a special code that you should have received in your invitation to attend the conference as an "Invited Guest".
  • For schools/ district who register 5 teachers.
    Registering parents, please enter your child's school and city for "school" and "work city"

Please complete the registration process by CONFIRMING your registration. Then proceed with payment by check, credit card or purchase order when you click "View/Pay Invoice". Registration for this event closes on March 4, 2018.

along with Dual Language Programs in Connecticut and Rhode Island, is delighted to host this seventh conference for teachers, school and district leaders, support staff, and all those interested in and dedicated to Dual Language Education.

Step-by-step Registration Instructions

 Each member has their very own MABE account.  We ask that each individual member register on their own. 
One person can register and pay for multiple attendees. Directions for "Guest (multiple) Registrations".

Payment Methods: Check, Credit Card or Purchase Order

  1. Individual completes registration form (and creates or updates MABE account).  An administrator may register a group of teachers.
  2. This will generate a pending registration in each participant's name. A copy of the invoice will be sent to participant's email address.
  3. Participant should forward the pending registration to their supervisor who is in charge of the funds that will be used to pay for his/her registration. The PURCHASE ORDER # from the school/ district must be received by MABE prior to the conference event, or at least 15 days prior to the event. Once MABE receives the school/ district PO #, participant will receive a second e-mail notification indicating the the purchase order # has been received.
  4. Administrator, please send PO to: phyllishardy@massmabe.org or mail to MABE, c/o P.O. Box 281, Ashland, MA 01721.
If you district is unable to generate a PO before the event, we suggest that you pay via credit card and request reimbursement from your district.

*Due to too many "no shows," resulting in loss, MABE will strictly follow this policy.
