Event Refunds

• Cancellation refunds of payments will be subject to a 10% reduction of the registration fee.

• Registration fees for the Annual Conference are refundable up to 3 weeks before the event starts or the first session of the event.

• Registration fees for the DLE Networks and Summer Institute are refundable up to 1 week (7 days) before the event starts or the first session of the event.

• Event registrations are transferable up to 1 week (7 days) before the event starts or the first session of the event. Please contact MABE by email if you wish to transfer a registration.

• If MABE cancels an event for internal reasons, registrants will receive a full refund. 

Membership Refunds

• General membership payments are not refundable.
• General memberships are not transferable.

This refund policy supersedes all previous MABE refund policies (revised March 2024).
